3. Provide the reason for your ban if you are unsure why you were banned please state that you don't know
4. If you were unfairly banned if you can provide proof of your innocence please provide it including any witnesses that may have been present at the time.
5. Explain why we should consider unbanning you.
If all admins come to an agreement to unban you then you will be unbanned if you continue to be a problem you be banned again with no chance of an appeal.
